Who We Are...
Beta Bom Desserts take pride in creating artisanal and delicious desserts and drinks. We specialize in providing dessert creations for special events and live events: (ie. 626 Night Market, Weddings, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Bridal Showers, Corporate Events, etc.).
The creator and owner, Chef Wendy Leung, comes from the renowned French Culinary Institute in New York City and has worked at Picholine, a 1-Star Michelin rated restaurant. She has also worked briefly with world recognized Master Chocolatier, Jacque Torres. Her style of desserts are derived from French and Americana techniques but incorporate a variety of flavors from regions around the world.

What is a "BOM"?
Our BOMs collection are our version of the delicious french pastry, CHOUX, also know as French cream puffs. Each BOM is a light crispy puff shell filled variations of classic and modern flavors of pastry cream.
